Frances Etienne

 The Paranormal Clergy is truly blessed to have Frances Etienne serve as our Case Manager.

Frances plays a vital role in preparing the case files for the clergy members to view.

She is organized and very detail oriented and the Paranormal Clergy is thankful to have her serving within this ministry.

Frances is also the founder of the Afterdark Paranormal Investigations which is located in Louisville, KY and she is studying 
for the Deaconate for the United States Old Catholic Church.
